TRAINING
ETHOS
If you have a body, you are an athlete. At Win The Fight Fitness, we believe in unlocking that inner athlete in everyone. We all have a fight to win, Some are just unseen...

The start of Mickey’s fitness journey came in high school, when he joined the wrestling team. What began as an outlet for stress quickly grew into a lifelong passion for health, performance, and personal growth. The gym became a safe haven — a place to reset, rebuild, and push forward.
Driven by his love for one-on-one combat sports, Mickey found a second home at Level Up Boxing & Fitness, training under world-renowned Coach Jason Farrell. He launched a decorated career in Boxing, Muay Thai, and Kickboxing, earning titles including a WBC Muay Thai Championship and a WKA National Kickboxing Championship within just a few years.
A severe knee injury temporarily sidelined his fighting career and cost him his job, but Mickey used that setback to refocus his energy. He returned to his studies, pursuing fitness education, coaching, and performance training.
Over the years, he has built his career as a Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Performance Specialist, and General Manager, successfully leading and developing multiple gyms. His strength and conditioning experience extends to the collegiate level, where he worked directly with Division I football and basketball programs at the University Of Maryland — contributing to athlete development, performance training, and program delivery at the highest standard.
Mickey’s story is also shaped by resilience outside the gym. After losing his cousin, Shameka Michelle Brown, in a tragic accident, he battled seasons of anxiety and depression that led to multiple hospitalizations. Out of that pain, he created Win The Fight Fitness — not just as a brand, but as a movement to help others face their unseen battles.
For Mickey, “Win The Fight” means more than training — it’s about overcoming the struggles no one else sees, whether they’re physical, mental, or emotional. He believes we all have a fight to win, and through faith, fitness, and community, we can rise above and become stronger than we ever imagined.
