What is Performance Lab?
​The Performance Lab is a semi-private, coach-led training environment built on Longevity, Adaptation, and Build. Limited to a small group of motivated individuals, training begins with movement awareness and intentional progression, allowing each athlete to train hard while protecting joints, improving mechanics, and building strength that transfers beyond the gym.
