How It Works

Step 1 — Start Your Fight

Complete the intake so we understand your goals, movement history, and training experience.

Step 2 — Zone Placement
Based on your intake (and movement evaluation if applicable), you’re placed into Zone 1, 2, or 3 — ensuring your program matches your current ability.

Step 3 — Choose Your Path

Self-Guided: Follow your program independently through the app

or

Coach-Guided: Receive direct coaching, feedback, and adjustments

Step 4 — Progress With Purpose
As you build strength, skill, and confidence, you can advance Zones or upgrade coaching support.

  • You already know your schedule

  • You’re comfortable executing a plan

  • You still want structure + progression

  • Zone still applies (Zone 1–3)

  • You want accountability

  • You want feedback & adjustments

  • You want eyes on movement & progress

  • Zone still applies (Zone 1–3)
